One of the most significant decisions we make over the years is who we choose to present the story attached to our most prized possession, our family home. After enquiring with a number of Real Estate businesses in the general area in which our home was located, the choice simply becomes a decision of who one trusts the most to engage in such a massive responsibility of presentation and eventual sale of our home. Eric Leung and Val Latham both presented their professional recommendations together and we accepted their expertise believing both of their valuable different skill sets would provide the best opportunity for a positive outcome in a very challenging market. It may be simple to reflect on the fact the Di Jones business sold the property in a very short time at a fair price considering the significant number of interest rate increases shaking up market confidence. However we strongly believe the most important factor by far was the people whom we interacted with. Eric and Val are exceptional in their own skill sets and as a team provide complete confidence and trust in this very important time of our life. There is no need to explain what they each do, as that will be evident when you engage them. Andy, you can tell is a seasoned professional and a hard worker. When dealing with him from even before signing the agency agreement, I could tell he was a hard negotiator. He is responsive both before and after the deal was made. He genuinely is a good salesman. I was fortunate to be able to sell off market saving me heaps of $$ and not only got a great price I was happy with but he negotiated for more within the matter of minutes to get a price better than expected. In honesty he was not always the person who I dealt with for the sale but he was always there when it mattered ie. interested buyer, negotiating price, when I wasn’t getting an update, etc. No regrets in using Andy and highly recommend.
