The campaign of selling my house by Linda Clemente was outstanding from start to finish. She was always professional, punctual, continuously in touch daily informing of all updates or changes, very supportive to me as a vendor while going through the emotional transition of selling my home that I've spent most of my life saving for. Her fantastic team also did a great job, Oliver, Anita and George the auctioneer. The auction day was an unpredictable but marvelous outcome , due to the hard work the 4 team members all put in. It went for a whole hour of uncertainty with an outstanding end. Linda's team not only got me the best price for an average market at the moment but I saw how much she also cared about her buyers and wanted the best for them too. For someone fussy & meticulous like myself, it's not often I engage services that exceed expectation, by miles. For me, Alexi and Paul have redefined what I would call masters of their craft when it comes to selling homes. Having spoken with Alexi a few times, I decided on gut-feel to give him complete freedom to run the campaign. He and his team surprised me time-and-time again of their passion, demonstrated in generous time and solid effort given to preparing our property for sale. During those preparatory works they were on-site, in person, working closely with tradies and getting their hands dirty, in suits! In terms of final outcome the property never saw auction, instead it sold beforehand with a result that left us stunned and I'm not easily impressed. You don't need to ask around or search far to see what accolades and what reviews have to say about the people at Refined. At first that can seem a little contrived, but wow, for us the experience married up beautifully with what others were saying. So we, happily add our story here in this review to let you know, these guys run an awesome show and we would do business with them again, in a heart-beat.

Leon took ample time to understand and work through our interests, to explore issues around the sale of our home and to help us make important decisions on the right time for the sale and then how to prepare the house for sale. He introduced resources to assist with this. Once we had agreed to the sale, Leon demonstrated a good understanding of the processes that followed and provided support and assistance all the way. We were linked to an excellent broker. Leon's personable manner and patience worked with us. Leon was always prepared for each session and he demonstrated a planned approach to each session. Leon is a clear communicator and very knowledgeable of his field. Leon demonstrated professionalism in all the work he did for and with us. Whilst we obtained a somewhat lower price that we had expected for the sale of our home, we were still happy with the outcome.
