We have enjoyed dealing with Jourdain for our recent sale. Jourdain is hard working, easy to deal with and responsive. He also patiently explained to us including my elderly parent about sales tactics especially for the auction day. I have no hesitation to contact him if I have any questions, so we definitely got the impression that nothing was too much trouble and throughout the process, Jourdain was very respectful to us, as he would always check for our opinion before making the next step (even though I am sure he knows better than we do). Also, he kept us informed after each open for inspection with both phone call and written/report updates.

Lisa aided in the process of selling the house, and did an amazing job presenting the house to potential buyers. Her experience and and knowledge of the market really helped in the process of selling the house and I am extremely satisfied with the results.
