Very happy with the service provided by Kristian. He brought in a good number of potential buyers for each viewing he held. Last Tuesday he brought together 2 potential buyers for a sunset viewing. These buyers eventually were the competitors for the property which was sold in just 3 weeks and at a good price. I am very happy with Kristian and I would recommend him to any sellers and his knowledge of the real estate market is extremely good.

What is outstanding about Mitch is his calm and confident approach. He guided me along the stressful and sometimes tortuous path of selling the property culminating in an extremely successful result. We were initially offered a tempting price by the tenants. Because of his knowledge and understanding of the market, he strongly advised against accepting their offer saying we could do a lot better. Because I had been dealing with Mitch over a long period of time by now, I completely trusted his advice, and we took the property to the open market. We were rewarded in trusting him, by receiving a few hundred thousand dollars more than the tenants offer. In summary, if you want a great result for the sale of your property, I recommend that you take 2 steps: 1. Use the services of Mitch. 2. Trust his advice. I can not imagine a more perfect agent.
