It was the first time we had sold a house and we were nervous about the process. We need not have worried, Jade and the First National Peoples Choice team in Gawler, were so helpful and comforting. They took care of everything and assisted us with anything we had to do, it was all so easy. The team did the market research on the area and gave us an honest appraisal of the specific local market. Prior to putting our houses on the market we interviewed 3 prospective agents . We chose John because he impressed us with his honesty and knowledge of the housing market. He also recommended an excellent handyman who helped us fix up the little things to get our houses ready for sale. His photographer was terrific , the photos online and board outside the properties were outstanding. Our choice of Century 21 and John himself was rewarded by him selling both our houses at the first open house viewing. Both our buyers had to sell their properties to buy ours and he sold their homes following only one open day as well. We couldn’t recommend John Leske more highly if you are looking for a trustworthy agent to sell your home.
