John is a down to earth, no drama agent. He simply does the job and does it well, without demands to change this and alter that. He did give us some recommendations to improve saleability but nothing unreasonable. He also recommended some good tradespeople. He sold my parents house in less than 8 days and at a higher price than expected AND managed to get a cash buyer with a short settlement which was ideal, as my parents needed to get the money from the house to pay for their Aged Care rooms.
