Nicola was the agent who originally sold us our house 8 years ago. Every year we received a card on the anniversary of the purchase and at Christmas. When it came time for us to sell there was really no other person we wanted to deal with. Nicola has always been very friendly and has been interested in us rather than just chasing a sale.
