Fantastic experience

We live out of town and like everyone else have little spare time. Not only was Phil very flexible to work in with our intermittent and largely electronic communication needs, he very confidently and competently managed every aspect of the sales process. We happily felt safe to not need to come to town to oversee any part of the sale and were delighted with the result. I would not hesitate in recommending Phil and trust him entirely.

Dave was honest and efficient without being pushy.Couldn't fault him and the post sale help was great.Knew what he was doing and no slip ups or mistakes which was rare in our move.Would recommend him to anyone and has old style principles which are a rarity these days.
