Amazing experience with Laksh and Durai from The Square Realty. From start to finish, they excelled in everything they did and provided support throughout the sale of our home. Selling your home can be emotional and the support we received from them was incredible. Personally for me what stood out was their professionalism and genuine care for our goals. The moment they walked in with their strategy, they stayed on top all the way in executing it. We felt confident at every step of the way thanks to their clear communication and expert advice. They went above and beyond in meeting our requirements. They organised many private inspections at odd hours to match the buyer's request and ensured that they are contactable at any time (often outside office hours). We are truly grateful for their hard work and genuine care throughout the process especially in this difficult market when we listed the property. With the middle east war ongoing, interest rates going up and federal budget looming with rumours of changes to CGT and negative gearing, selling the property at a record price within the first two weeks was nothing but outstanding which is what they achieved for us. This is my second property that I sold through them and without any hesitation I will go back to them for future needs. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or manage their property portfolio. They are highly professional, knowledgeable, Trustworthy, Reliable and will always provide personalised support where needed. Thanks Laksh and Durai for your fabulous efforts!

Raj is professional and very knowledgeable for the market. I am happy to work with her and pleased to get the good price sold.
