When selling an investment property in Adelaide in early 2019, I was referred to Paul Dale and Judy Josephs through some mutual friends. From the first time we met, I knew that I was in great hands. Their knowledge of the market was what you hope for from a top-notch agent - clear, well-researched, fact-based and, above all, honest. At the end of our first meeting I had a true sense of the market, the types of buyers who would be interested in the property and what was possible. We also discussed different options for the marketing plan, right down to the fine detail of the best days and times for inspections. Their recommendation was to freshen the property up inside, as well as to spend some time on the gardens and exterior. It was the right advice for the property as it presented beautifully throughout.
