She was friendly, patient, infinitely understanding (especially when I made a scheduling mistake with the most recent one), and despite obviously working for the seller, also made an effort to make sure the process was pleasant and seamless on my end as well. Ray and Lisa were outstanding in their attitude to selling our house. Ray has such a personal approach and keeps you updated every step of the way. I never needed to chase him and he was always contactable. In worked in our interests every step of the way and dealt with every obstacle in a swift manner, and believe me there were alot, be it difficult tenants or buyers delaying settlement.
