After having a contract fall through on a sale property, Grant and his sales extraordinaire Lian Welsh, gave us the support and confidence to go ahead with the sale of our property and even while on a pre booked holiday to Thailand, we knew we had the right agent for the job!! Constant communication (even via Messenger while away) and with 2 offers on our return, nothing was ever too much trouble.
