We live in Brisbane and had an investment property in Mackay. The time came to sell as distance made it hard to keep an eye on things. After contacting 2 different agents and organising appraisals I was very disappointed that neither one got back to us. Shirley was recommended by one of the other owners in our complex. Shirley contacted me the next day and from then on kept every promise, she got back to us immediately after inspecting the property and we were very surprised at the price she said we could achieve, despite being told by others that the market for units was very low. Shirley’s knowledge was very good and kept us informed with what was happening, even with the challenge of us being so far away everything went smoothly. We achieved a sale on the first open house which was more than we expected. I would definitely recommend Shirley to anyone who is thinking of selling their property in Mackay.
