We recently sold our house with Anil and his team, and we couldn't be happier with the experience from start to finish. Anil was honest with us right from the beginning, giving us a realistic picture of what to expect, and his in-depth knowledge of the Perth property market and the latest trends gave us real confidence in every decision we made. His communication throughout the sale was outstanding. He kept us updated on the number of people coming through each open home and followed up promptly with every interested buyer, so we always knew exactly where things stood. When a few things needed fixing before settlement, Anil and his team went above and beyond, organising trades on our behalf and taking a huge amount of stress off our shoulders. Selling a home can be a daunting process, but Anil made it smooth and straightforward. We wholeheartedly recommend Anil and his entire team to anyone looking to sell.

We contacted Anil as I drove past his advertisements for many years, and my wife saw excellent reviews of Anil on her Facebook Groups. Anil and his PA (PETA) are a cut above the rest. True professionals who are specialists in their field and suburbs. Very prompt, objective communication with your best interest in mind. Extremely well connected in terms of trades if you need work done on your house. I never felt pressured. When you are on the phone with Anil you get old school respect and active listening. In what suddenly became a tricky time to sell, Anil and Peta got me over the line. Always grateful. Thank you.

Anil is the best and most ethical real estate agent I have had the pleasure of doing business with and we have bought and sold multiple times in the past 20 years. I never felt under pressure at any time to make any hasty decisions or lower my asking price. Communication was excellent- Anil always contacted me promptly after any home opens or buyer contact/ inquiries. I never once had to chase Anil up to find out what was happening in regards to the progress of the marketing and if he said he was going to do something/ follow up with someone it was always done and I was always kept in the loop on the progress of everything. Special mention to his office support Peta who similarly always got back to me promptly with any questions or issues I may have had during the sales process - nothing was too much to ask. To top it off the commission charged was also very competitive in comparison to the other 4 agents I also contacted to appraise my property - in summary I have to say I trusted my gut when making the decision in employing the agent to market my property and I am very confident to recommend Anil as an honest, ethical person to trust the marketing of your property to.

Very professional, would recommend to others 100%. Ana sold my property to the very first person who viewed it at a price higher than other agents were willing to advertise it for. I’m so happy. It’s was a very quick and easy process and Ana also threw in a couple of freebies 😁.

We had an amazing experience working with Ana! She made the home buying process smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable. From the first showing to closing day, Ana was professional, responsive, and truly had our best interests at heart.

From the beginning she is genuinely hardworking, very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
