95 real estate agents in Sippy Downs, QLD, 4556

Living interstate we were unable to meet any Agents in person however, in the first phone call with Sally we knew we'd found the right person to sell our Buderim Villa. Unlike other Agents we interviewed who talked 'at' us or worse, just wanted a quick turn around by straight up suggesting we sell to Investors. Instead, Sally asked us questions about what we wanted and needed and she really listens ! We wanted a campaign to find someone who would love the Villa as much as we did and was willing to pay accordingly. As other reviewers have noted she has tremendous local knowledge, is intelligent, articulate, a great communicator and goes above and beyond. We experienced all that and more. There was no need for my usual micro managing as she thought of everything. She made every aspect of our sale her priority, all while having the most warm and relatable personality. She listens and guides with great insight and achieved a fantastic sales result for us.

Sally was a pleasure to deal with and we got the price we wanted with an efficient turnaround. My unit was sold off market - meaning I could save on marketing as we didn't need to proceed with the open home - and with a price which sets a new precedent for the complex. All wrapped up in a couple of weeks. Couldn't ask for anything more! Thanks Sally x

Very professional always willing to help it was a pleasure to work with Sally

We were very fortunate to have both Gemma and Steven work on the sale of our property. Gemma’s communication was outstanding throughout the process. She always kept us updated with results of inspections and buyer interactions. Gemma worked relentlessly in marketing and showing the property. When faced with challenges she was quick to adjust strategies rather than take the easy path of asking that we lower our expectations. We found Gemma to be highly professional and transparent throughout the sale, making our experience as stress free as possible. Gemma truly went above and beyond, nothing was ever too much trouble. We got an excellent result and we highly recommend Gemma and Steven.

Gemma is a shining light among so many less than average real estate agents on the sunshine coast. If you want a transparent agent who doesn't play games and is respectful, professional, helpful then this is Gemma. From our very first interaction she listened, assisted and closed a deal which all parties involved were happy with. As a buyer she was fantastic and if I ever find myself as a vendor in the future I would definitely contract Gemma and her team of professionals with the sale ..5 stars

Gemma supported the sale of our property both professionally and always promptly. The platforms used to execute the sale were extremely easy to use and efficient. Gemma's first hand knowledge of the suburb added real value to the process, and the team worked seamlessly to get the job done.
