Recently I had to see my mothers property which was a renovators delight on a large odd shape block. I sought numerous Realtors for appraisals with many contradications and confusion especially in regards to the subdivision which they dismissed immediately and said best spend the money on fixing and presentation. Due to my frustration and through word of mouth I was recommended Mark and from the first meeting on the property I was impressed by his honesty and professionalism and handed the property for him to sell, having no regrets the property was sold in less than a month bringing more than expected. 1 Mark gave quality time to explain the process of subdividing and guided myself through each process . 2 He also didnt recommend spending any money on fixing or presentation just sell as is. 3 Was always punctual and prompt returning my calls and kept me up to date throughout . 4 Mark used his knowledge and skills to get the best possible result. I highly recommend Mark not only selling properties but also led to believe he does a fantastic job on commercial properties . Well done Mark!!!! Thankyou again
