Jason helped us to market our property in Dayton. The first thing that took us by surprise was that he said yes! We had approached multiple agents and none were interested in marketing it because it was too far for them or not their area of specialisation. Jason was willing to take on the challenge and did extensive market research so that he could advise us how best to price our expectations and get good offers for the property. His analysis was spot on and we got some good offers upon the first showing. Following which, he successfully helped us negotiate the offer up a little. Jason was really honest about our expecatations with pricing and gave us an accurate perspective of what is reasonable and what is unreasonable.
