Peter well and truly lived up to these expectations. His knowledge of the area and of the comparable properties was exceptional. This, along with his experience, led to a well- informed selling strategy which he executed precisely. Peter’s approach to communication was also noteworthy. Very early on in our interactions he was keen to know how much or little to communicate with us and he was so respectful of our wishes and whims.
