Right from the get-go, she listened to our needs and desires and actually helped us with our search, suggesting options, sending prospective properties, walking us through countless homes, sending area profiles and future town planning, checking in on our search etc. She showed a genuine desire to help us, not just in business, but in finding the right home for our family. We felt like we were treated like people, not just a commodity. And the best display of this is when we had put in an offer on a property and then she came back saying we can go $20K less. This doesn’t happen in this industry, from our experience, as real estate agents are known to try and squeeze every last drop out of the customer.
