He made negotiating on price very easy and we agreed on a price with the owners the same day we made the original offer, conditional on our own inspection reports being conducted. Tanishq kept us updated on progress every step of the way, and when our conveyancer told us they had not received a responce from the vendors side he was on it immediately and got the ball rolling again so we could get the contract signed and securing us the property.
