Good initial consultation with plan for selling developed including all aspects such as type of selling method, fees, advertisement, open homes and closing date. Had extra considerations as Christmas holiday period was looming. I didn’t see all the work and consultations Michael had behind the scenes but it was obvious he put in a lot of work.
