Vernon was my initial contact with Richard Matthew’s. Great first contact and I felt comfortable with him and our brief exchanges, so that when we were ready to sell, he was only a phone call away to meet and chat about options to sell. Ultimately, my family and I are very happy we chose this agent. Great communicator and knowledgeable about the area and the buyers who came to the opens. We had a great result with our sale and I believe that was due to the hard work by our agents. I’m more than happy to recommend them.

Vernon is an agent that goes above and beyond for his customers, excellent communicator keeps you updated through the whole process, very transparent and honest and works hard for the best result. He is also a very friendly agent, highly recommended will use again in the future.

I would highly recommend Vernon for the sale of your property after my experience with him and Richard Matthews Real Estate. At all times he is friendly, professional and works diligently to get the best possible outcome. Putting my trust in Vernon was the right decision. Thanks Vernon!
