We cannot recommend Matt highly enough. When Mum and Dad made the huge decision to downsize after 47 years in our family home, they knew exactly where they wanted to move, within a very specific half-kilometre radius of the community they know are connected and love. Matt took on the challenge without hesitation. He did letterbox drops, regularly kept an eye on the area and used his relationships across Bendigo Real Estate to keep his ear to the ground. Through his persistence and tenacity, Matt heard about a unit that was absolutely perfect for Mum and Dad before it had even formally come onto the market. He contacted us straight away, we were inspecting it that same day, and within a couple of days Mum and Dad had made an offer. Matt’s service throughout the entire process was incredibly professional, but also genuinely personal. He understood that this wasn’t just a property transaction. It was a huge and emotional life change for Mum and Dad. He helped make the process as smooth as possible, including coordinating the settlement of their family home with the settlement of their new unit on the same day, which took away so much stress and anxiety. We honestly cannot thank Matt enough. His persistence, local knowledge and genuine care helped make Mum and Dad’s dream a reality. They now have a beautiful new home where they can enjoy a safe, happy and comfortable retirement, surrounded by their community and the people and places they love. Matt, thank you for going above and beyond for our family. We will always be incredibly grateful.
