120 real estate agents in Strathpine, QLD, 4500

Karen did a great job selling my Warner property. It was a difficult sale given the budget changes, the tenant made access hard to get and there were issues with the building report. However Karen handled all the problems very professionally and the sale, which could have fallen over is settling this week. A big THANK YOU for all your efforts. I will definately be using Karen again

Karen treated the sale of my property with the care and respect of a life long friend. From the first moment to the final sale, Karen provided sound advice and clear and concise direction on dealing with the complex issues arising from a home sale. She was vigilant on ensuring that the home was displayed in a shining light during home opens, and communicated all offers. This was our precious family home, and Karen treated it as such, not just another property sale.

I had previously listed my Bribie island property with 4 other agents going back to May 2024. In the 18 months that it was for sale I had 2 offers on the property which did not lead to a sale. I had a referral from a friend to speak with Karen Pieterse from Ray White Warner. I was a little skeptical being out of area however Karen proved me so very wrong. I live in Far North Qld and from the word go she helped me make sure the property was ready to market again. Her communication with me was daily and I was grateful with her help. Once she launched the property on the internet, she had inspections and a contract to me to sign within 4 days. The price exceeded my expectations and I could not fault her skill in negotiations. Karen I am so grateful that I took the risk with an outside agent, it just proves it’s not where you are but what you are willing to do for a client. I would recommend anyone to call Karen Pieterse from Ray White Warner if you want the absolute best service and price for your house.
