I was extremely happy with Denise and team at R & R Property. Her knowledge of the local area is a huge asset. Prior to listing, Denise did a teaser walk through video on social media. Once listed, a for sale sign was erected on the main road, allowing a much wider exposure. The marketing video was amazing and strategically organised with the correct tide and good weather, to take advantage of my property with beautiful river views. I was always kept up to date with inspections, Denise and team were a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend their professional services. Dan Metcalfe

All our dealings with Denise and R&R Property were highly professional and we appreciated their flexibility. We did indeed find our renovator’s delight.

Denise was also the agent I used to purchase the property and the experience was just as smooth and easy.

We had a great experience working with Ryan. He was professional, responsive and kept us well informed throughout the entire sales process. The market was starting to turn and conditions weren’t necessarily in our favour, but Ryan provided clear advice, managed the campaign well and negotiated strongly to achieve a result we were very happy with. His communication was excellent from start to finish, and we always felt like we knew exactly where things stood. We’d happily recommend Ryan to anyone looking to sell their property.

I had the pleasure of selling my home with Ryan, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, he was incredibly attentive, professional, and supportive. Thanks to his hard work and dedication, the sale was completed quickly and smoothly. I would absolutely contact Ryan again if I ever have the opportunity to sell a property in the future. Highly recommend!

Ryan was upfront with us from the start his experience is very obvious we would reccomend him to anyone wanting to sell he was very professional and got a good price for our home.

We always knew we were in good hands with Kristy. She knows Gloucester so well and is intuitive to buyers and sellers. It’s always a pleasure working with Kristy. We recommend her to all our friends and clients and we wouldn’t hesitate to use her again.

Our experience with Kristy, both buying and selling has been exceptional. Her ability to communicate is top notch and her knowledge of the market is outstanding. I would have no hesitation in recommending Kristy for purchase or sale of your home.

Excellent in all aspects of my purchase through Kristy. Thoughtfulness and professionalism were excellent. All the staff at Ray White were so helpful, supportive and excited by my purchase. A great team to deal with.
