We were overseas as the property went to market & I must say both Joel and Stewart kept us up to date via video of the progress of the 1st open house (on the Saturday) & outcomes. To be honest I didn't think we would get a sale as quick as we did at the price we were after ( due to current market conditions) however deposit was paid & contracts was signed & exchanged the following Saturday afternoon. would highly recommend Joel, Stewart & the C21 team.
