Selling can be stressful, but Troy put us at ease right from the start, and secured the best price for our property. Even though there were some contract hurdles, he kept us informed at all times and we really felt he went out of his way for us - but I guess that's just his style .... very refreshing to feel that we were not just "another vendor" but a valued client. We have no hesitation in recommending Troy and his team to anyone wishing a genuine, no-nonsense realtor to sell their property!

Troy worked hard to achieve a positive result for our family, and we’re very grateful for his support throughout the process. From our first meeting, he brought a calm, reassuring presence that immediately put us at ease. When he first walked through the house, he recognised both the potential and the work ahead, and approached it with quiet confidence and commitment. He worked alongside us every step of the way to make sure the home was presented at its best. Troy was always approachable and generous with his time — nothing ever felt like too much trouble. His communication was clear and timely, which made a real difference in helping us feel informed and supported. We particularly appreciated Troy’s genuine care for our situation and his steady, professional approach. It made what could have been a stressful experience feel much more manageable, and we’re thankful for the role he played in achieving a strong result for our family.

This is the second time we have used Stone's Real Estate for the sale of our property's. We found Troy and his team extremely helpful, from the time he introduced himself and it was sold within four weeks. We were extremely happy with the result as it was more than we expected. We would certainly recommend that you talk to Stone Real Estate when getting reviews and feedback from other parties.
