Selling our home in Box Hill, NSW, was a rollercoaster until we met Ben Davenport from McGrath. After two disastrous experiences with other agents—one where our expectations weren’t managed realistically and an auction day passed without a single bidder, and another with a so-called ‘top agent’ who was deceptive, unprofessional, and downright disrespectful—we were jaded and hesitant to try again.
