I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Brad and his exceptional team at Smart Real Estate. The level of dedication, professionalism, and genuine care they brought to the sale of my waterfront apartment overlooking the beautiful Broadwater and Broadwater Parklands was truly outstanding. Throughout the campaign, the team of four worked seamlessly together, managing a constant flow of prospective buyers from the lift through to the rooftop garden with ease and professionalism. Their coordination was flawless, and their commitment was evident at every open home and private inspection. The marketing was exceptional. The videographer and photographer captured the true essence of the property—every detail, every view, every lifestyle moment. The result was top-tier marketing that truly set the listing apart. I have never seen a team work as hard—or invest so much time, energy, and strategy—into a campaign as Smart Real Estate did. Their dedication was unwavering, and I felt fully supported and informed throughout the entire process. Thank you, Brad and the team, for your hard work, your persistence, and your genuine care. I am deeply grateful for all you did to help me achieve this sale, and I would not hesitate to recommend Smart Real Estate to anyone looking for a team who truly goes above and beyond.

Brad was incredibly hard working to get this property sold, and more than cooperative through a long and complex settlement period. I hadn't experienced an online auction sale before and this was well done and explained by Brad. Really happy with the work he did and his patience in our unique situation.

Easy to work with and helpful
