Colin was recommended to me by a mate. And as you know, a recommendation doesn't always live up to the stated claims but this does NOT purtain to Colin. In a nutshell, Colin delivered in these very troubling and uncertain times. Colin's judgement was spot on the money. There were two occasions that Colin's vast experience shone through. The first was the price point at which to launch the sale's campaign. Again his judgement was perfect. The second occasion was where I wanted to delay the first Open House. He said " Gordon, we have to go this weekend. If you delay it will send the wrong signal to the market." Fortunately I listened, as the people who eventually purchased the house were there on the first Open House. My advise to you, is to listen to Colin, he knows his craft so trust him.
