I have bought and sold a few properties in my time, and I have to say that I could not fault Luke Williams. We have had the pleasure of dealing with Luke in both the sale of my residence and purchase of a new one. On each occasion Luke has demonstrated himself as a highly motivated individual, willing to assist with any aspect of our venture. Luke’s down to earth personality, industry knowledge and local experience provided great comfort. We found that no question or request was too hard and if he did not have the answer right then and there, he got back to us within hours. Luke’s eagerness to go over and above to ensure an easy, stress free sale / purchase has been greatly appreciated and made both processes ones in which we could actually allow ourselves to enjoy. I highly recommend Luke Williams Real Estate.

As a buyer Matt was very understanding of our needs and price range. Open to negotiations and easy to communicate with.

I loved that both Jeremy & Ian kept us up to date with the market on a weekly basis, keeping in touch informing us every few days with Clients interest & negotiating Thankyou both
