John was impressive in every way right from the beginning and we are delighted that we entrusted him with the sale of our dear late mother’s home. He was respectful, caring and displayed high energy, enthusiasm and commitment and we always felt confident that he would get the job done. His knowledge, experience, well measured and deliberate approach coupled with his excellent communication made for a worry free experience. A strong imposing figure delivered a strong outstanding result and it is no wonder John is in the top echelon of the Real Estate game. We were particularly thankful for him recommending styling and painting and the connections he had in the industry. The home came up a real treat and it made a huge difference to the sale. If you need to buy or sell, you couldn’t go wrong with John Muscat and GJ Smith RE. A shout out to Kaitlin too who assisted John all along, but has since pursued a career change. Best wishes and thanks again, Robert, David and Andrew.

John was always available for our many queries in relation to our purchase of a new home, liasing with the builder and attending on-sight inspections. His friendliness and wealth of knowledge gained over many years in real estate resulted in a smooth transaction to settlement. A genuinely solid performer working with Caitlin and an experienced team employed by a very well respected agency.

John has decades of experience and as soon as you speak to him, you know it! He is thoughtful, honest and helpful. I’d highly recommend John Muscat for any future house sale
