Kim has great market knowledge and is def. a good agent for the seller. In this case we were the buyers however our rights were also protected by Kim. Would have appreciated a heads up about the timing of our building inspection as the date was in the contract but we missed the window for things to be fixed. Other than that Kim looked after every detail with precision and was able to arrange our keys straight after settlement which was a great outcome. We found her to be empathetic, very knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process - right from meeting her at the home open day, and all the way through the entire settlement process. And she never once gave us any reason to be stressed or worried about anything, ever! One of her best qualities is that she was genuinely invested in achieving a happy outcome for both the seller and us (the buyers) which was so refreshing, because most of the agents we met before her - we felt like they were more invested in simply making the most profit from their sale. Lee-Anne also proved herself to be a diligent agent in ensuring that any potential issues (which were only a couple in our case) that popped up from the pest & structural, and final inspections were addressed in a reasonable & timely manner that reassured us that we were in capable hands.
