I would highly recommend Alana. She is extremely reliable responding quickly to emails and phone calls. Her communication skills are excellent and I always felt I was fully informed about the sale of my property which ended up being quite tricky. Alana negotiated a good price for my property. She is obviously in touch with market trends and current propetry values. Alana was easy to talk to and very patient with this elderly lady. Impressive.

Alana has sold a few properties for us. All have sold at or above our expectations and sale has been achieved quickly on all occassions. Good reading of current market conditions. Communication is always first class and Alana puts maximum effort into each sale. Above what is expected in some cases.
