Recently we sold our Classic, substantial, and elegant 1930s family home of 8 Merriwee Crescent Toorak. Antoinette was appointed following a failed sales process not many months prior. The comparison in experiences with a competing local agency certainly clarified our decision to work with her as a complete success. Not only did we receive a final offer that was more than 30% greater than the prior process but her honesty and commitment to our initial discussions was what we appreciated most. During the sale there were two snap lockdowns which provided many complications that Antoinette was able to navigate through. Working with her was as an absolute pleasure, she took on board all suggestions and provided her professional opinion at all points. We would have no hesitation recommending Antoinette as your Agent and you can expect the utmost professionalism and dedication. The word we remembered most from our initial meeting was “honesty” and it was so refreshing to see this transpire as we worked through to signing. Kind regards Dr Trudy & Stewart Madsen
