Jake handled the sales process very well (arranging photos and advertising etc promptly) and was able to secure a favourable price from a buyer in a difficult market. Being located in Melbourne, I wasn't aware that a physical title would be required for the sale and needed to apply for a new title - with settlement delayed by two weeks (which would have allowed the buyer to terminate the contract). Jake however was adept in managing the buyer, who granted us an extension and we settled without an issue.
