Excellent advice and updates on the market position and the investment into preparing and approaching the sale. Answered my many questions and when offers were made, provided good information and advice to as I considered my options. Was able to organise the extra cleaning, removal of extra unwanted items, referral to stylists and reports on each viewing. When the offers were made provided detailed summaries for me to consider. When I needed to reconsider my sale price, was there to hear my concerns. Always very professional and considerate throughout the sale, including the celebratory present of wine and chocolates!

Jason sold our property in Phillip, ACT. Everything went smoothly, from the initial meeting to set expectations, the listing process, open homes, regular updates/reports and communication (written and verbal), exchange of contracts, and finally settlement date. Although we initially scheduled an auction, the property was sold prior to auction for a price we were very happy with. At the outset, Jason was very good in explaining the process to us as first-time sellers, outlining all cost and options, and setting out expectations.
