Patrick was an easy pick from the beginning to work with, he was always available when we called and when it came to choosing agents he actually listen to us and took in our questions and thoughts and answered them vs going on about everything else and everyone else, at this point we knew he was right for us as he was dedicated to our property and its unique properties and learning about them from our view and understanding how we wanted the process to play out. Once on the market we unfortunately had a few personal things come up and focus away from the property, this didn't stop him (or more than likely benji) going once again above and beyond making sure property was ready the way I would expect it and that all buyers where given opportunities to view it, we understood the importance of competition during the auction and we cna safely say they drew in as many buyers as possible and also worked outside of standard open home hours to bring in more buyers and create that competition and achieve the result we got. Throughout the process what really helped was benji, patrick and Ed all being so communicative with us and keeping our anxiety at ease with constant updates. Honestly if we ever sell again he will be the one we use and only one we would recommend to our friends and family for all the above reasons + the fact he is genuinely nice guy that acts like a good mate and not just in it for financial gain.
