Marsha communicates well and ensures that you understand. She is very happy to go over things a second time if needed. She constantly kept us informed during the negotiations for the sale. She is very professional in her job and still shows kindness and understanding.

Very responsive to emails and calls, and always professional and helpful, which made the purchasing process very smooth. The only aspect that was a slight letdown was settlement. As first home buyers, we were expecting at least a handshake or some acknowledgment to mark such a significant milestone. While we understand that real estate agents ultimately represent and work in the best interests of the sellers, we had hoped for a more personal touch on the day.

Marsha provided exceptional support from our first meeting and has continued throughout, to the sale of our home. Her experience, dedication and market knowledge benefited us greatly. When we were stressed, Marsha provided guidance and reassurance and became our trusted guide throughout the process. Marsha’s genuine care and support is exceptional. We cannot recommend Marsha enough and if you are looking for an exceptional agent, you will not be disappointed
