He is rightly proud of his sales record and would be only to pleased to talk with you about that - I am sure! Mitchal is extremely professional and knowledgeable about Real Estate and he has a keen and engaging communication style. The Sales Campaign was initially focused towards an Auction date however with some advice on property presentation improvements, we successfully sold prior to Auction for a price beyond our initial thoughts. Mitchal is also an excellent and passionate Auctioneer with traditional style but unfortunately we missed seeing him in action again this time. I cannot speak more highly of Mitchal and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him as an Agent that you will feel comfortable with, but more importantly, that will get you the result you are after.

Ben Williams from Flectchers was employed through Ian Reed Vendor advocates on behalf of my mother Sandra to conduct a sale campaign of her unit leading up to an auction. Ben gave us great information of decluttering and setting up the unit, so it looked its best leading into the sale campaign. Ben also gave us a lot of information on recent unit sales in the local area and a realistic expectation of the value of the unit Ben was very diligent in all his interactions with myself and my mother keeping us informed on all open house results and any per auction offers. Once pre-action offers were submitted Ben meet with us and spoke about what we could expect per auction and on auction day Ben then spoke with all the prospective buyers and came back to us with a pre-auction offer that we accepted. This price was well above simular units sold in the same area Overall, Ben conducted himself in a very professional manner made this whole process hassle free. This was very important as my mother has moved into a care facility and needed the experience of selling what was to be her forever home as calming and hassle free I would have no hesitation in recommending Ben and Fletchers to anyone selling a property Peter Sayce
