At our first meeting with him, James impressed us with his clear vision of the ways in which our home could be most effectively prepared for sale and marketed to a range of possible buyer profiles. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable, yet understated rather than "pushy" or overbearing. We sensed his high level of integrity and we judged that his values were aligned not only with our own but also with those of people likely to be interested in our property. In working with us to fine tune the marketing campaign and for the duration of the campaign, James was conscientious in managing his impressive stable of supporting services, staying abreast of all developments, maintaining contact with potential buyers, keeping us at all times very well informed and consulting with us when appropriate. James was quick to respond to any question or concerns we wished to raise and was always personally available to discuss the best way forward. Our property was sold in just three weeks for a price at the upper end of our expectations. This was the first time that I met Julio and that he has sold a home for us. From the time I met Julio he was very polite, spoke well and was confident that he could sell a house in an area which is outside of his normal zone. Throughout the process Julian was in constant contact with me, providing me updates at every step of the way including prior and after opens and also after making follow up contacts with potential buyers. When Julian spoke to me about an interested buyer it seemed that this property was not suited to them for various reasons. Within a few days Julian had convinced the buyers that this property was a good fit for them and had a contract to us within a few days. Julian and Rob both ensured that the contract negotiation was a smooth process, and was able to get us a figure that we were happy with. Julian and Rob went out of their way to get the necessary paperwork signed prior to the weekend to ensure cooling off happened as soon as possible and didn't give the buyers an opportunity to change their mind.
