Arthur's knowledge of the local market and his intimate understanding of local market fluctuations results in a clear and concise expectation at the onset. Arthur is supported by a highly professional team in Zoe and Brianna, which makes the whole process stress free. Their guidance at the start, open and transparent feed-back from the inspection process and ongoing discussions and recommendations lead to a satisfactory outcome during the sale process. Expectations are not oversold and are achieved in a mutually beneficial manner. All the staff are very personable, and it was a pleasure to deal with them. Would highly recommend.

Fil was a bit pushy and gave the impression that she was working on behalf of the other party (as the buyer was a recurrent investor). Her agency was also managing the rental side of it with poor results. Her colleague Paige was absolutely useless. Fil ended up selling the property for the fund and that's why we are giving her 4 out of 5 stars.
