In this case, I did speak with a couple of agents before deciding to go with Alex, and I am very glad I did. He turned out to be a straight shooter who delivered on everything he said he would. He was very knowledgeable, particularly around Brunswick East, where my apartment was located. He kept me informed throughout the process, always followed up with interested buyers, and communicated clearly at every step. I would highly recommend Alex.
