Serg Gubecka from Recommended Agent was engaged by us to sell a family property for us. He had a contract on ur property within a couple of weeks at a better than expected price. We have used Serg to sell two other properties for us over the last ten years and can highly recommend him and Alicia for all your real estate needs.

Trevor was extremely knowledgeable about the value of the house … the houses construction and its place in the current market … he was very engaging with people that were prospective buyers … he gave immediate feedback to us concerning leads … but most of all he was genuine, had our interest’s at heart and best of all got satisfactory results

It’s our pleasure to highly recommend Lisa Martin, her daughter Courtney and all of the team at Norm Martin Real Estate. Being a long term, family owned local business, Lisa’s knowledge and expertise at matching buyers and sellers is second to none. We were completely impressed at all times with Lisa and Courtney’s professionalism, friendliness and customer service in managing the sale and marketing of our property.

Penny was our agent when we bought our house in Doonan in 2013 and then when we sold it ten years later. Her knowledge of Doonan, the surrounding areas and the people who live there is second to none. She is also a people’s person: both, sellers and buyers would feel comfortable with her. Not only she is a lovely person to deal with, but she is also a very knowledgeable, reliable and punctual real estate agent who kept us informed every step of the way. We would definitely recommend her as an agent.
