I've bought and sold 25 properties over many years, Layne's negotiating skills are up there with the best of them. A very good "vendor's" agent.

Layne was incredible to deal with as a buyer - we were so impressed! She was super responsive and helpful. We trusted Layne throughout the process, as she was genuine, reliable and professional. Layne is also a warm person. We could not recommend Layne enough and will certainly engage her if selling or buying again.

We engaged Layne to help sell our property at Marcoola. Throughout the process, Layne was absolutely professional and nothing was too much trouble for her. She kept us fully informed during the sale and ensured she acted in our best interests. She has great knowledge of the area and her enthusiasm was reflected through the engagement.

We cannot say enough about how grateful we are to Heidi for her excellent, highly professional work through the entire process of selling our house. Despite many complications stemming from the fact that we were abroad at the time of the sale, Heidi went above and beyond from beginning to end. From smart decisions about pricing and marketing to her great work prepping and showing the house to the day we signed the last papers (not to mention dealing with a rogue bush turkey!), Heidi was friendly, helpful, understanding, prompt, and an excellent communicator. We also worked with her when we bought our house a decade ago, and we wholeheartedly recommend her from both sides of the home-buying experience.

Heidi's exceptional market knowledge and guidance helped us navigate smoothly through the sale of the property. Genuine care and support all the way. Great negotiation skills. High recommended...5 stars!

Heidi was actually one of the agents when we bought this home. When the time came to sell, Heidi was in her own agency and she was our immediate first choice because of her warmth, friendliness and local knowledge. Heidi immediately understood our needs, and was professional and knowledge about the market and our expectations. She helped us enormously to present the home in its best light with styling, and attention to detail. Our home was sold in around three weeks at the price we wanted. Heidi was available and communicative whenever we needed her. She was respectful of our home and did an amazing job following through with prospective buyers and keeping us informed. We have a successful campaign with a lovely buyer and couldn’t be happier. We wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend Heidi Woodman to anyone. Thank you so much Heidi.

Susan was an excellent agent. She was friendly and efficient. She always got back to us after a home viewing with honest feedback. We also liked the way she filtered out time wasters. Her staff were great too. Craig was particularly helpful in our sale. We would highly recommend her to others buying or selling.

My journey with Susan began around two years ago with the formidable task of finalising my dear late aunt's Deceased Estate. As a first time Executor, its's safe to say I had no idea what I was getting myself into. Two acreage properties, one filled with a lifetime of furnishings, books, paintings, miscellaneous paperwork and a highly temperamental home alarm system. What initially began with the help of organising furniture removal, painters, floorers and gardeners, would parlay into the unenviable job of rectifying the destruction of a sixty year hail storm. This happening the day before the property was to go market. The setback would last over a year with Susan now tasked with organising tree loppers, electricians, plumbers and arduous insurance affiliates. Not to mention her own hands on clean up effort of wiping down rain soaked walls and carpets. Hence, what you may read in similar reviews below - Above and beyond!. There are far too many additional things I will have forgotten. But, suffice to say, we couldn't have asked for a more hardworking, thoughtful, dedicated and caring collaborator and agent. This is simply a heartfelt thankyou to Susan and her amazing team. Thankyou for guiding us through such a challenging couple of years. I couldn't recommend you and your services more highly.

Susan is highly professional and incredibly hard working. She handled every challenge with care and understanding during what was an emotional and stressful sale of my parents’ home after their passing. Susan made a very difficult time so much easier. Couldn’t recommend her more.
