We had all round great selling experience with Demelza. We achieved a better price than we actually thought possible so we were more than happy. Demelza was easy to deal with and she didn't bombard us with real estate doublespeak. A great experience from start to finish. If you want top price with minimal fuss, Demelza is the "go to girl".

Christopher for me dealt firstly with my daughter and son inlaw. They were looking for an apartment they thought would be appropriate for me. I rang Christopher and explained my situation he kept me informed of the interest pre auction. I explained I wanted to purchase before auction as I would be in Sydney during the auction. Once arriving in Noosaville I met Melanie who also understood about my sale preferences. I was shown over the apartment, and an offer put in and accepted 😀

Mitch has been absolutely amazing from the start. He’s professional, efficient, compassionate and genuinely cares about his clients. Mitch went above and beyond to help me and I’m forever grateful! I couldn’t speak more highly of Mitch - thank you so much 😊

Brooke was there every step of the way during the purchase, from initial inspections to negotiations, and all the logistics that come pre and post sale. She has managed to deliver on everything that has been asked of her and the vendors within strict timeframes. Brooke has been extremely patient whilst due diligence was carried out on the property prior to the sale going through. She made the experience as seamless as any real estate could. She has been an absolute pleasure to have on this journey. Thank you for everything Brooke.
