Shaun was an absolute pleasure to communicate with on our recent house purchase. He had an excellent knowledge of the local area, recent listings and sale prices. He came across as genuine, honest and approachable - in particular, I appreciated his direct manner when my requests for a last minute (and inconvenient) house viewing was not possible, only to receive a phone call soon after with a solution that timewise suited us both.
