Angela and Victor marketed the house correctly as they know the buyers in the area. The sold price exceeded expectations due to their understanding of the market with investors as well first home buyers. The property sold with two open houses within 8 days. They had excellent communications with myself and the process was extremely smooth. Would highly recommend Victor and Angela at Martin Morris and Jones in Wollongong.
