This is the 2nd time I have worked directly with Samantha as a seller. I had no hesitation in engaging her again, because of the success and quality of the first sale. The sale was by auction - and on the day, Samantha and Isabella had organised for a support team from Hive to have back-up for the significant anticipated number of registered bidders. The property sold at auction with an excellent result, achieving a price which Samantha had anticipated.
