53 real estate agents in Waurn Ponds, VIC, 3216

Helpful, communicative and very professional. Highly recommended

The old adage that selling your own home is stressful is certainly true for some. For us it really wasn't. Carl was the first real estate agent we contacted 12 months before we sold. In that period we also made contact with other agents. Carl presented a very professional report on what Hodges could do for us, if and when we decided to. The decision to engage Hodges and have Carl market our home was perfect. From day one he worked tirelessly with us, communicated clearly and had our interest at heart. His caring practical nature, market knowledge and ability to guide us through many difficult decisions is a credit to him. Most importantly, he is trustworthy and helped us achieve and exceed our goals. Both Josie and I would highly recommend Carl Hammond and the Hodges team, lead by their Director Marcus Falconer, who's auctioning skills are outstanding, to any prospective Geelong seller.

I visited the Property 3 times and every time Carl was very polite and helpful and l asked a lot of questions and also emailed and spoke to him on the phone. Always very pleasant no hesitation recommending him to people.
